An 18th-century finca, restored and enlarged in the early 1970s by one of the island's most celebrated architects and environmentalists — in the very style that made Lanzarote famous.
With the original layout of an 18th-century finca, the villa was completely restored and enlarged in the early 1970s in the style that made the island famous. More recently it has been carefully modernised — preserving, always, its singular character.
Set within almost 7,000 m² of walled grounds with stunning garden and ocean views, Las Pérgolas sits moments from the airport and the island's major attractions. It is now officially a Vivienda Vacacional.

White-painted volumes that temper the heat, terraced roofs crowned with decorative chimneys, timber details and traditional pottery — and aljibes, the old water cisterns, still at the heart of the home.
Palm-leaf decorations are crafted with original aboriginal techniques, a quiet thread of authenticity running through every corner of the estate.
The soul of the estate lives outdoors — in the patio, the bodega and the garden.
A plant-filled welcome through a traditional Canarian patio — the cool, green heart that sets the tone for the whole estate.
Explore →A characterful bodega and an open barbecue area, made for long, slow evenings beneath the Lanzarote sky.
Explore →Abundant gardens of native species and sculptural cacti, ancient aljibes and a pool in local style, opening to the ocean.
Explore →Generous outdoor space looks out over Puerto del Carmen and the ocean beyond. A swimming pool built in the local style sits among native vegetation, punctuated by sculptural specimens of cacti.
Into the garden →Almost 90% of the estate's energy is self-produced. Caring for this landscape is part of the experience.
We absolutely loved staying at Las Pérgolas. A traditional-style interior where every design detail is well thought through, and a stunning garden with both private and shared areas that open to ocean views in the distance.
A gorgeous building that only gets more breathtaking when you walk in. High-quality rooms and the bed was to die for. The pictures of the property are literally what you get — and it looks even better in person.
Exactly as advertised. Great views and first-class facilities with local style and charm.

Just off the coast of Africa, Lanzarote is defined by a unique volcanic landscape of striking geological formations — declared a UNESCO Biosphere Reserve in 1993.
